Anyone ever try one of these? Says 10% underdiven.

Not sure if thats the correct part number but the ATI is the one everyone seems to recommend. Not cheap, but thats the one I'm looking at also.

How can a balancer be 10% underdriven?

Smaller diameter, therefore slows down accessories.

Why would the diameter of a balancer have any impact on the pulley diameter?

The pulley and the damper are one piece.
