I am going from memory here, but I believe that is the number for the D series on a SBC. However, if yoou have the talent I am sure you can find a template of this bracket and save yourself the $200+ dollars.

What are you trying to do, and maybe someone will be able to help you out. There are a lot of discussions on here of late about "home-fabbed" blower brackets and how to improve on the original manufacturer's design.

Thanks Aaron.............it's a bracket that came with the d1sc I bought on ebay........I have a template for the l98 bracket coming from makeyoushiver(thanks buddy)....it's a real weird looking bracket...three idler pulleys...one of them is a manual tension pulley...all 12 rib and no holes for bolting the head uint to the bracket that I can figure out.....thought I would pass it on to someone that could use it........it looks like it bolts to the power steering holes in the block we are using on corvettes .

Called procharger tech today.........love those guys......they lighten up my day.
the bracket is for a f-body l-98, d1sc........it went down hill from there.....I told him I was upgrading from a p600b to a d1sc head unit, there 85 corvette system with a 12 psi pulley on the p600b and I was getting about 9, psi with that pulley, losing about 3 lbs........with the d1sc I wanted about 12 to 13 psi, what size pulley should I use.......he said just use the pulley I'm using with the p600b.........dude it's a 2.55 dia pulley the p600b's gearing is 3.05.1 and the d1sc's 4.10.1.......oh your right he says I have no idea what size you need.......I tell him thanks for the help I have a 12 rib 3.5 dia on the d1 I'll run that to see what psi I'm getting and go from there......thanks for your help...............so I have an f-body bracket if anybodys in the need.

If you are running the IC, then run the D1SC to MIS and enjoy the boost. If you need help with the calcs, just let me know, and I will be set you up with the proper sized shive based on your application.

Right now I'm running meth injection.......no intercooler because of heating problems and lack of boost with a small p600b supercharger...........but with the addition of a 4000 cfm fan and the d1 supercharger I will install the intercooler again.....we only get 1200 cfm from the rear radiator fan and maybe 700 cfm from the front.....hopfully the larger fan will keep it cool in the summer months.....it's the only thing I haven't done to the cooling system. and then of course follow your lead for decent belt wrap and more HP......I'll be happy with 750 fwhp....it will be somewhat driveable and still kick butt..........with my combination I figure 15 psi will get me there....I along with everybody else on the board thank you Aaron for your expertise and help.

Bert

P.s. don't hold me to the 750 hp....as soon as some one in the local club gets more the bar is raised......
