Default New Clutch Advice....which one

Okay, after calling a few places for a clutch install I figured what the h... I'll just do the job myself at those prices. Not that I wanted to do this, cuz I just got the car about a week ago with a "new" clutch installed, but oh well. (feels like the throwout bearing just came apart in there.) Now the fun begins.

Anyhow, any of you guys have suggestions on which clutch would be best for my application.

96 LT4 Corvette that is pretty much stock. I'll eventually be adding a set of Magnaflow mufflers and a K&N intake but that is it. I know I can go with the GM stock stuff but with Ram, Zoom, and others out there I wanted to hear any suggestions that you guys may have.

Any advice is appreciated.

Okay guys here's what I'm seeing when I do searches for a replacement clutch.

Kragen has clutches from Beck/Arnley and Fenco
Autozone has them from - LUK and Duralast

Online vendors like Partstrain, Carstuff, and Auto Parts Warehouse have clutches form companies called VALEO, Sachs and Autocom as well as Beck/Arnley. I'm not familiar with any of these names.

Then of course there are the performance clutches such as the Centerforce dual friction clutches that I can get from Summitracing and Jegs and such, but what I what are you guys running? When I had my 72 Chevelle, and 67 Firebird I just went with a Hays Clutches and never seemed to have any problems, but none of these places seem to have the Hays clutches so I figured I'd ask you guys for some advice.

What are you guys running?

Valeo is the OEM replacement. At least if you went to a dealership that is the one they would order per GM.
Had this put in last year. 25K later still holding strong.

I've been using Fort Wayne clutch for a few years now and have been fairly happy with the service and quality of the parts.

Naturally the pressure plates are going to be based on valeo cores like everybody else.
