Default first thing's first

I was wondering what the first thing to replace on a 1994 C4 corvette, would be (to save in the long run). (I'm already replacing the seats). I don't see many problems with these 'vettes.

Check all the hoses under the hood. If they are hard or look old, replace every one. These LT engines run hotter than others. It made my hoses brittle. Two of them sprayed anti-freeze in the same week. That's a great time to change all the fluids, too.

How many miles do you have on it? Post pics if you have any.

Gas, if you don't, it will quit running in a few hundred miles.

When they get old they get soft. I popped the hood to replace my Serp belt and saw this, the early 93's use a double sided belt and I had to order it from GM Parts Direct. This was the day after a 2 hour drive.

Reminds me of a chicken snake that got in the hen house.
