Default Which Block, Heads, etc.

Hi,
I am thinking of starting an engine build for my 85 coupe.

I want to build an engine that makes use of a centrifugal supercharger so I know I'll have to make a strong bottom end with some forged parts.

I'd be interested in the opinions of the experienced members as to which block, heads, and such to use.

Thanks

Depends on how much power you want to make. You might want to post this in the FI/Nitrous forum as you'll get answers from folks who have built similar combos.

Personally I have no problem with a forged rotating assembly from Eagle. The block will depend on how much power you plan to make. If you want under 500 HP, you could probably get away with a cast crank and I beam rods with forged pistons. But for anything above that, I'd go with forged crank and good forged h-beam rods.
