85 Hood latch not working
Because my wife was in an accident, rear ending a Chevy Trailblazer, thus jamming the release points. How can I open the clip now that it's jammed? The cable released but the tension is just too tight?

Try jacking the car up by the frame both sides at once under the front edge of doors letting the engine weight help bow the frame......maybe enough to do what you need.
