Default ZF6 yoke

I'm looking for a ZF6 output yoje, mine has grooves in it. I know GM has discontinued them (big surprise) anyone know where I can get one and what part number it would be?
I seem to remember at one time someone stating it was the same as the yoke that used to be used with the TH-400. Can anyone confirm this, is so can you help locate one?
Thanks in advance for any help.

Wow after over two years this post finally got me my third star.

Also, anyone have a good source for a throwout bearing (blue tag)?

ZF yoke was only supplied with the complete driveshaft by GM. Check the yellow pages for "driveline repairs" in the truck section and there should be shops displaying the Dana/Spicer trademark. They can ID the yoke and provide one for you and quite reasonable also. You might likely need their services anyway and have them do the u-joints and balance the shaft while you're at it.

If the car is a "high-miler" you might want to consider doing the extension bushing in the trans. Now to do this you will need to be "creative"!

Release bearing shouldn't be an issue.

I'm replacing the yoke because I'm replacing the trans and there is some grooves in the yoke. Already have new u-joints and the shaft balanced so I've just got to locate a yoke and transfer it over.
Kinda sucks because the TB is brand new, just replaced it with the clutch assembly, but going from black tag to blue tag so I'll have to update the bearing.
Also have a brand new Hurst shifter on the black tag that I don't feel like transfering over, so when I sell the trans someone's gonna get some good stuff.

I recall I tried a T400 yoke in my ZF and it fitted correctly as regards the spline.
Don't recall what series uni the ZF shaft is.
You need a yoke to match your uni

If the release bearing is "new" I believe you can just transfer the "guide" from the "black tag". If you just need the yoke just buy the yoke from the driveline shop. If I have sometime today I'll try to post the probable Spicer #. I've got it in some notes but it's on an old hard drive.

1350 Ujoint if I recall. I heard Th400 yoke works too, glad you confirmed it.

All the new TOB's are the 1.375" diameter. If you order it for a "blue tag" 94+ they put a nylon insert in it. You can buy the nylon insert aftermarket
and press it in with a socket, if that route is more appealing to you.

When I put a Dana 44 in my A4, I bought a new 6 speed driveshaft.

I had to take the front yoke off of my A4 driveshaft and put it on the M6 driveshaft.

I gave the brand new M6 yoke away several years ago.

But, there are probably lots of others that did the same thing when putting a Dana 44 in place.
