racetronix fuel pump..same install as stock?

i just got my racetronix fp in and there were no instructions, is it the same procedure as stock? Any install tips would be appreciated

The one for my 87 was plug and play. 30 minute job and did not break a sweat. I have heard there may be a wire terminal to mod on some of them though. Did you look on the website for instructions??

yes, i looked and could not find instructions anywhere

well i guess ill start the removal and hopefully someone will chime in by the time im ready for re-install

It's really good, this is what I used a while back.

Spankyellow - you are correct, there is a slight wire mod.

I just had to modify the eletrical connectors. The job takes about an hour.

its in and done!

i only had to remove it 2x cuz i put the float in wrong

, but one more lesson in the books, and more knowledge gained!

nah, just unplug old wiring and replace with new! hardest part was remocing the fuel lines..those dudes did not want to come off, although my skin sure came off persuading the hoses
