need advice on purchasing new heads, cam
i need to know specs for new heads-- what intake/ exhaust runner size,chamber size, etc., and cam specs -- total duration intake exhaust, style hydralic flat vs roller
etc.
ill have to change the chip if i change the cam right?
someone at work said that i would need "special" heads because it was a corvette, normal sbc heads wont work.
looking for a good deal on used heads if possible.
there are alot on ebay, i just don't know which ones to buy.
probbably will change the intake as well. waiting on the "turtle ram" to come out.
on a scale of 1-10, whats the level of difficulty of changing the heads and cam? i try to do all of my own work. any special tools needed?
the car is a daily driver.
