Power Effects Tunable Exhaust Systems

What can you tell me about the Power Effects Tunable Exhaust Systems?
Are they worth the money- are they more than other exhaust systems? Where do I get them?

From what I've read, they are no longer available new. You might find a PE catback used. I saw on on my friends Vette and I thought they were cool.

I have them on my '87 and I like them a lot. The only down side, I believe, is the weight. They are heavier than other systems.

They are not available new, they havent been produced in over a couple of years now. You will have to find a set used on ebay.

I like my set, but dont expect a huge difference between the various settings.

I found their number on the net and called them a few months ago. The guy said that they had a casting problem, and said they were going to make more. He wanted me to prepay for a set, but couldn't promise when they would be ready. He also said he would send me out some info on the product, and never did.. I'd be interested in a set if they ever come out again.
