computer/engine modifications
how far can i go before the stock ecm needs reprograming? i plan on boreing .060 with flat tops, mild port/polish on aluminum heads, and clear the cats out ,the cam is already one step above stock, thanks for the help.

If we are talking OBDI LT1 applications, you can get pretty radical and the car will still run with a stock program. However it will not be to fun to drive around, and it will idle very rough. Here is my example (I couldnt believe it ran):
421 LT1 stroker, 8.5:1 compression, CC306 cam, Ported heads/intake, LT headers Vortech supercharger. Car was driven to my house on a stock program (50 miles) so I could do some tuning for him. It was running very LEAN with the stock program, but it was running.
