Headers tend to be at least midway into the order of mods as the HP/$ is kinda low unless it is a warranted mod... I would do top end mods before headers.. Headers only produce when youve got significant congestion, and unless youve already done the cam thing your probably not pushing the exhaust too hard...
You know, you could just die grind the OEM manifolds...
