Turn signal died
The turn signal on my 96 just died. When I activate, left or right, I just stays steady at either side.
check list:
When Hazzard light is on, all signal flash fine
All bumlbs er ok. ( 2xfront, 2xfront side, 4 rear, 2xrear side 2 x backup)
Sometimes I can get it to blink VERY slow to the right.
Any ideas?

I concur with Lars87. Hazard flasher is separate from turn signal flasher and all flashers work on current. Lower (burned out bulb) current, slow or no flashing, high current faster flashing. Since all lamps are lit, you must have a flasher at the end of its life.
