I got mine from the dealer when I noticed it had a crack in it. I want to say it was around $90. It was a special order so they probably won't have one in stock.

Contact Jason at Vette2Vette. I once sent him an email on Saturday afternoon and got a reply on Sunday. Great supporting vendor.

If this doesn't work out, you can order a new one from Davies Corvette Parts. I recently ordered one and got it for $71.73. This included shipping.

Those guys are good. I got a clutch slave from them when the Chevy dealer couldn't find one. Good prices too.

I actually have two coming. A guy on another board has one laying around, left over from his build. Since these break so easily, I'm taking that one.
I think I'll get it chromed and swap it out someday.
On this build I went complete functionality, no bling. Once it's running right maybe it will be time for a little bling for under the hood.....
