new top real tight
i just put a new convertible top on my 1994 and it is REALY tight,i can hardley close the top will this new top strech

yes, I used to work for an upholstery shop. They are a pain to get on the first time and it takes time for them to stretch.

if i get it wet will it help it strech this thing is hard to close (but it turned out great)

I'm pretty sure it is winter in MI as it is here in CT. Thats really a summer/bake in the sun project

also got this top from ebay with defroster glass window $305 shipped and its real nice

well i just did a 1967 firebird(worst ever)compaired to that a pice of cake only took a few hrs NO SWEAT -i don't like how there are no tack strips in the rear very poor design
