With stock displacement, I would guess about 350-375 rwhp. On a 350 c.i. motor, CC306 is a nice cam up in the rev range, but a pig below 2500 rpms. Needs gears and or higher stall torque converter if you run an automatic. It is a cam more suited for a 383+ c.i. motor though so you may want to step down on the cam selection if a daily driver and/or if you have emissions testing in your area.

LOL!

Well remember, i have the LT4 with the same stuff. Other than the heads, i have everything else and then some. I just need to get my heads and intake ported and throw a 4.10 in it and i think ill be done. Dont think i want to spray this car.

You should get all that stuff though. Your car will be very stout! BTW, My hotcam is an excellent street cam and still sounds nice (you heard it). Could lope a little harder i suppose but it pulls hard from 1500rpm to the top of the range even with a stock gear!

The Hotcam is something to consider...

I agree. I ran that cam. It's a pig in low rpms. Wants high gears, and high compression. That cam would be the nuts on an 11:1 350, or a 10.5:1 383. On my 10:1 350 with 3.45 gears it was terrible.

4th gear (OD on 700R4) couldn't be used on the highway below 75mph. Speed limit is 65...

Now I do know a bunch of fbody guys with LT1's who run that cam, and just headers and the car goes low 12s. But
Fbody's are not vettes. When I first got my vette and read the rear I was like "holy what?". With an 11:1 LT1, some 3.73s,
it could work nice for you.

I'd ditch the 52mm TB and the slp intake. Neither will do much for you. The edelbrock LT4 manifold is debatable at best. Everything else looks good.

I have the SLP (I just liked the look) but a good filter will do just as well.

Werd! I have the slp triple claw intake and 52mm throttle body and I can say... I looks nice! Lol that's about it though. I'm sure it made a slight difference on the car but prob not enough to justify the $700+ that was spent on the 2 of them.

My car has 1.6 rockers, msd 6Al, msd opti, ngk plugs, 30# svo injectors, holley adjustable fuel pressure regulator and that's all I can think of off hand. Ill have to check the list to see if there is anything I left out. Other than that, you know the other stuff I have on the car.

It will be fairly close! Either way cant wait to see it finished bro!

As for the cam, i think the hotcam is best bang man. I have been researching because i was planning to go bigger when i have my heads done but found out there is not much out there to compete with it and the pull it has through the whole range of the RPM's. I may consider some 1.7 rockers instead for a little more lift but im prob gonna stick with my cam. I really like it.

Thats prob peak HP. A cam that pulls consistantly and hard through the whole band is more useful IMO.

With the new AFR Eliminater heads, a good tune, and that combination you should see ~400rwhp. My car puts down 375rwhp with ported stock castings, 224/230 605/622 cam, 52mm TB, and EM headers. Also, with the custom cam I'm running and a good tune, my car drives near stock at cruise.

Oh, originally you said AFR heads.

I have heard good and bad about LE heads, mostly good. Do a search on camaroz28.com and you will see what I'm saying.
