E brake question...................

No spring. Just pull it up to set it and then push it down. To release it, pull up until you feel resistance and the button can be depressed. Hold the button in and push the lever down.

Ive got an 84, once the E brake is set a spring brings the handle back down to the floor,I thought the 91 was the same.Thanks for the reply.
