Hi,

Are factory stock 1994 LT1 catalytic converters honeycomb or bead type? I have a set to potentially scrap out- the scrap yard near me is paying $60 PER CAT for large honeycomb style cats. Bead type is not as high, but I'm curious.

Thanks!
Jared

Honey comb (monolith) type. I think bead/pellet type cats were last used in the early 80's.

Jared, If they are still in good shape catalyst wise.... honeycomb still intact and exterior connections OK...photos?

I'll pay you $75 each plus shipping to 10598 NY
