The 52mm throttlebody will be a complete waste of time and $350 if you have not done other modifications to the intake system like a ported or different plenum, ported/new intake manifold, head work.
The hood air extractor.... won't make much difference over 30mph anyways. Maybe it's good for sitting at a light though!:)
The throttle performance switch is a complete joke (honest). If you want, set the TPS to 0.68v at idle, and you'll get the same results. WOT is WOT, whether you have that thing on it or not. Put your foot to the floor and you'll have the same 4.5v reading at WOT whether you paid for it or not.

Unless you plan to ONLY drive it to/from the race track, I do not recommend the pulley set. The biggest problem I have is keeping voltage up with the AC on in summer sitting in traffic, with stock pulleys no less...underdriven pulleys will hurt your AC/voltage and cooling system, so your car will run hotter in summer or your battery will die running fans off the weaker alternator output.
What will make substantially more power than pulleys is a set of headers, even on the stock exhaust. Plus your accessory drive speed will not suffer.
If you do a lot of traffic driving, the hot air extractor could be a lifesaver, not really helping performance too much though.
