if you have angle plugs they do work, i ran the same header on my car and my afr heads are angle plug
I have 2149 's using AFR's w/no problem. I seem to remember reading the same when I did mine regarding angle plug heads, straight and and for L98. Depending on the AFR's you have, I would go ahead and call AFR and pose the question.
AFR has, or probably more accurately, had, their own, proprietary angle to the plugs in their angle plug heads. Hooker 2149 and 2151 headers won't work with the AFR proprietary angle plug heads. AFR also makes, and I believe any more that they only make, heads with the "L98 angle". The same angle as the stock heads. The Hookers fit the AFR heads with the "L98 angle" and the stock heads, just fine.
Hookers work with L98 angled plugs, but many head manuf. have their own plug angle, all you have to do is specify the L98 angle plug and you should be fine with any head.

Hey Thanks Alot guys! Because the summit racing web sit had me thinking that Afr had changed something with their head and that I wasn't going to be able to run those headers... Thanks Again SHARK summit
there is straight, L98 angled and angled.. AFR offers the L98 angle so that is why they work.. if you got the standard AFR angle they would hit the headers.
