It will physically bolt up but it would not be to your benefit unless you have a set of raised intake runner heads such as the LT4 or AFR heads that use them.
There are some slight differences between the two but the biggest is that the LT4 has raised/taller ports on it that will not match up to your LT1.
If you're looking for a bolt on increase in power look elsewhere. Headers, roller rockers, electric water pump, etc. For about the same cost as the intake you could get a good set of 1.6 RR with new springs and an EWP.
Other than the color, is there any difference in an LT4 manifold and my LT1? Will they interchange?
From the Grand Sport Registry site LT1 VS LT4
INTAKE MANIFOLD
A specific intake manifold was cast for use with LT4 heads. Although the manifold and head intake ports do not precisely match, the manifold was cast with additional material to allow safe machining of the ports to more closely match the LT4's higher head ports. LT4 intakes were powder coated red to differentiate them from the standard LT1 manifold.
My newest Summit catalog has the new Edelbrock "air gap" manifolds for $400. I don't know anybody that is running one of these, but I've never had a bad experience with Edelbrock on any of my past engines. Ford, Dodge or Chevy.
