Default Committed to making the repairs, now what...

I bought my 1994 ZF about 4 months ago from a friends family member after the PO passed away. It had been sitting for about 1 year in nice warm FL. I had it shipped up to very cold NJ and thats when it all began. I think the cold may have contributed to some of the issues.

The SES would come on. I had it scanned and it's the right front O2 sensor. I will change it out, but should I change both?

Just because the code is right front O2 doesn't mean the O2 is bad, it means that the O2 is not reading what it should be. It could be bad O2 sensor, vacuum leak, injector problem, or many other causes. Swapping the O2 sensor from one side to the other, and then checking to see if the code switches from one bank to the other is a good, free, way to check this.

I don't think you need to change both sensors, but it most definitely couldn't hurt anything.

I bought a replacement Opti off ebay. Not the Delphi unit so I'm having some concerns with that, though it looks good.
Haven't ever dealt with a replacement off E-bay, most people buy the complete unit from MSD now. I wouldn't anticipate any problems with an E-bay unit though, it's most likely a GM unit.

MSD 8.5 MM wire set part # 32149 [/B](They are for the correct year LT-1 but for F-body). Will they fit the Vette w/out issue?
Yes.

I still need to aquire the O2 sensor(s), serpentine belt and possibly the power steering pump. Should I just replace the ps pump now?
Of course I should but I'm looking for some suggestions.
It's not too difficult, and there should be very little duplicate labor if you wait. I would wait and see how the car acts with all the other new parts. I would also try to bleed/flush the power steering system and just use a good quality power steering fluid.

How many hours total do you think I should be billed for by my mechanic for all work stated?
Just the opti is a good 5+ hour job, more if the guy doesn't realize how to remove the balancer hub properly.

I would say you are looking at 6-7 hours, maybe a tick more.
