Default What kinda nuts are they?

Does anyone know what this type of nut is called. It is found one the roof top holders in the back of the coupe used to stow the top when removed. The holders have plastic finish covers that screw onto the mounted brackets. This clip slides over the hole in the under-bracket. Once the hole is then able to accept the screw that mounts the plastic cover. I am missing two of these and can not mount the new covers w/out them.
My guess is they are called a clip nut but am not sure.

Any ideas where one could be purchased.
Thanks,

Any auto parts store should have them. They are very common with interior trim pieces.
