Default Torx screws question

I need to buy a set of the proper Torx screw bits for 95. Any suggestions on who has the best deal or most complete size wise? And what sizes do I need? Sears, AutoZone, pep Boys, etc.? Waiting for FSM's to arrive so I'm in the dark, tried search here, came up empty. Thanks guys/girls for any help.

I've got a Craftsman set, that I think starts w/a T10, and has 7 pieces total for a 3/8" drive. I think I've only used 2-3 of them on the vette, and it's almost always the T20 if I recall right.

I think this is the set I have.

The sets do get expensive though.

Almost all of my tools are Craftsman, and have treated me very well, even when I abused and broke them... very easy to rpelace without any issues.

I did grab a set of torx from Advanced Auto when I was in a pinch and I think the brand was AmPro... have treated me good, don't know for sure but I doubt their warranty is as good as Craftsman.

Thanks guys, that helps a lot. Didn't know exactly what I was looking for, didn't know what range T-10 /T-50 to buy. Appreciate it.

Seat belts and rear hubs take odd-ball sized torx bits. I think the seat belts are T47 and the rear hubs were 50 or 55. Everything else I've come across are things in the normal kit range sizes.

I would get a set ot Torx screwdrivers for small things; Craftsman has a nice 5-piece set of T-10 thru T-30 drivers. Then get a set of Torx sockets for 3/8 drive. Get a few larger Torx sockets like T-40, T-45 and T-50 for a 1/2 drive ratchet.

Craftsman is IMHO the best way to go, the tools are available at any Sears store or on-line and they have the lifetime warranty. I've never had an issue at any Sears store with returning a tool for a free replacement.

You generally can't beat Craftsman, I agree. But their sets were not as complete. I found this 13 piece set on eBay (from a T8 to a T60). Just did my rear wheel bearing hubs (it takes a T55) and they worked great. Anyone who has tackled that job knows that it is a very tight location and it takes a lot of break-out force to get those bolts to move. This is a very well built set. Not sure if the guy has any more or not. Just thought I would toss it out...
