Could be a defective Courtesy Light Delay Timer. This printed circuit board is normally programmed to turn off the interior lights after about 30 seconds. It can be reprogrammed to any time period you wish or yours just may be defective.
I don't supose you know where I can buy one and where it is located for me to replace it?
Thanks!
I'm not sure if the 91 model is the same as the 84-89 years, but here is a write-up on repairing or replacing the module in the 84-89 cars. You will have to do some research as to whether to module is the same for your car - check with your local GM parts guy for the proper part number and availability. Review your 1991 Corvette Service Manual to verify where your module is located. Hope this helps. Let us know what you discover.
My car was doing the same thing for a couple of days and then it went back to normal after I disconnected the battery for a short storage time. Not sure if that is a fix for it, but it cured mine.

When these relays fail, they usually start with an intermittent performance. Mine was intermittent for many months before it finally burned up totally.
