Ditch the Procharger Intercooler????
Years ago people just started talking about water/alky spray.
What are people doing these days? At the track my stock Procharger IC gets so damn heat soaked it's pointless.
If you do get rid of the intercooler be prepared to possibly have to get a larger blower pulley as you will most likely be getting a few more psi of boost. If the motor is not prepared properly you may end up with detonation and possible engine damage.

Thanks, and I agree. I'm not spraying this IC with N20 or C02. I know a lot of guys do that successfully but thats on a car that has an efficient IC to begin with.
You can put lipstick on a pig but it's still a pig.
That's interesting what you say about the blower pulley size. I know that pressure drop has been mentioned before with the stock IC. I am running the stock 8psi pulley right now. What I'll do is change the pill in my MSD to a low RPM and see how high I can get the boost. If it's too high I'll change my pulley out.
Thanks for the heads up on that!
