85 idling at 1500/min when started
A vette colleague owing an 85 model for 2 months reported the following "failure"...
After starting the engine, it idles at about 1500/min until he pressed the accellerator real hard, just a single short kick - then the engine idles fine.
Is this a malfunction or is it ok?
If it's not ok, any ideas what's wrong and how to fix it?

I had to add a extra spring to the throttle because the return spring grew weak over the years. Easy fix! Could be a good throttle body cleaning would take care of it.
