Is there formula for calculating head HP potential from actual CFM?

So I guess stock 113 heads are good to 400 chp or rwhp? They flow a max of 195 cfm at a .500 lift @ 28" of water. Interesting.

this is based on flywheel HP, its about right nice find

I have heard cfm X .25 X # of cyl. = potential HP

ex. 300 cfm X .25 X 8 = 600HP
400 cfm X .25 X 8 = 800HP

this formula is for a max effort type build.
