383 stroker starter question
Question for you guys with a 383. What starter are you using? Im having issues with the starter hitting the Hooker long tube header. Its clearing the Milodon oil pan. Im not sure but I think any "mini" starter for a 400 would work. The starter that Im using for mock up is a 400 starter that I had laying around. Just from the size of it I knew it would not work. SOOOO many choices out there, I just dont want to buy stuff just to return it later and hold this project up. If you have a Summit racing or Jegs part #, that would great. 88 coupe. Mike

Mine is a Powermaster starter PWM-9500, no problems with it hitting my Hooker long tubes.
