Default idling problem

So, I just finished my Carb swap... Its a 670cfm Street Avenger with an electric choke. It has been running good for about the first 3 weeks but now when it's warmed up, it has a rough idle. I can also smell excess amount of fuel. The fuel pressure is set at 6 PSI. When I'm running on the freeway, I try to accelerate and it seems to stumble and hesitate before it actually picks up some speed. I really don't know much about carb's so any suggestions or advice would help me greatly.

I was also wondering if adding extra grounds will make a difference in the idle and performance of the car.

Oh so I found out what the problem was…well it just reveal its self the alternator was on its way out…I guess thats why when it was warmed up the fan and ignition was taking some of the charge left in the batt and the fuel pump wasn’t getting as much as it could…causing the irregular idle the miss in the cylinder and the fuel pressure going up and down…
