Front 'orange' driving light dull
1992 LT-1.
The drivers side front orange lamp is much dimmer than the passenger side; I have switched bulbs, and cleaned all the ground points in that area, without improving the situation. Any ideas where I can look next?

Can you confirm that it's the bulb itself that's illuminating less brightly than the one on the passenger side? I'm wondering if it couldn't be either of 2 things:
1) Wrong type bulb installed, or
2) Dirty plastic lens on the left side?
Just a shot in the dark, but it would be interesting to see both bulbs illuminate while just hanging from their wiring harnesses.
