180 degree thermostat
I put in a 180 degree thermostat and now my heater does not blow hot.Anybody think this might be the problem?Vette runs at about 177/180 degrees.When it gets up to 195 it will put out heat for a little while then cool off.Both lines to heater core are very hot to the touch.This is in an 85 vette.

Anybody think this might be the problem?
I run a 160deg T-stat year around and the heater will roast you in freezing weather.
Check to see if the air blend door in the A/C plenum is in the correct position to deliver heat.
