Can someone help me with a spring code?
Hello I have searched high and low in this section but have come up with nothing for this spring.
The # is HLA 001820 and the code is HLA with a 5 under it. Will this fit my '86 it has the FE1 suspension.

That is a front spring. It is one of three listed to fit the 1984 w/o the HD (FE7) suspension. Since the '84 was the most stiffly suspended C4, it will probably firm up your ride. I expect the '84 and '84 front springs to be interchangeable.
