Default LT1 valve stem seals
I bought some seals at NAPA and they gave me 16 each of the same P/N. Are the intake and exhaust valve stems the same diameter?

I just changed mine and yes the intake and exhaust is the same size.
Make sure you got the 'hard' type though. Not the 'all rubber' umbrella type.

What's wrong with the umbrella type. I put some on my 79 coupe and they worked fine. I am thinking about doing my 93. LT1's not like the umb's vs the L48 of my 79???

Most engine folks I know of swear by the rubber umbrella seals for any application where they will fit inside the springs.
