90 ticking constantly while engine off
After getting my battery re-charged, brough the vette home and turned it off. Tried to start it up a few days later, no go, and when I turned the ignition off, ticking began. It hasn't stopped. If I try to start up it stops.

Don't leave your ign key in the ignition when you park, it keeps the anti theft circuit on which discharges the battery. If you don't do this, then you need to locate the source of the ticking, it most likely is a relay and you need to determine which relay and then work on the circuit that activates the relay.
