Anyone using EBC Greenstuff brakepads? I'm leaning toward puchasing these and was curious about the performance characteristics and "low-dust" claims. I'm currently using Performance Friction pads, the amount of brake dust coming off of these is incredible...doesn't sit well with Artic white paint :(
Any thoughts or suggestions?
I have a friend that was running the NAPA Ceramic, which switched to the EBC which he like better. He said their performance was great. I’m planning going to them soon also!
What 'bogus' said. I've had them for about 3 weeks. What little dust there is mostly washes off with a good hard spray from the hose. I had a little squeal that lasted for about 100 miles (EBC says that's not unusual on new rotors).
EBC Greenstuff is what I'm using also. Good performance and a lot less dust than stock brakes. It also washes off easier than the dust from the stock brakes. :yesnod: :yesnod:
Great choice, consider one of the best choices for street and light track use. Very light dust which is easy to clean. I think you'll be happy with them.
I have them too and they are great... no noise... some dust, but its not bad. They got much better after a few hundred miles of braking. They seemed to smell some untill then. Good choice!!!
