Default Help?? Please...

I am in the middle of some major mods. You can see these in my sigs. I am able to program my own chips and I know each car is different. But I would still like to see some bins of individuals that have similiar setups to study them and give me a better idea of what I will need to do to get my machine running quicker. I will have the engine done in about 1.5 months and would like to get some of the bigger problems ironed out before spring arrives. I know there are several of you guys out there with the similiar setups, perhaps you can shed some light for me. Maybe not that many things will need adjusted since it is MAF? I would think that they will though. One other thing is I think I am going to delete the EGR crap. I have read several posts on this..opinions vary. The main reason is I want to get rid of the EGR tube that goes to the headers. The headers (hooker) do not have the provisions for this. THanks a million guys. Any help would be appreciated.

Man, I wish I could send you some of my BINs but they are for speed density. I might be able to help you with the EGR stuff though.

I have totally removed the wiring for my air diverter valve, EGR temp switch, and EGR solenoid. I used TunerCat to mask the EGR codes that would show up AND I set minimum MAT for EGR enable to 255 (that means the intake would practically be on fire before the computer went to do an EGR routine). As far as the air diverter valve, I have not encountered any codes with that stuff removed. I didn't encounter any codes when I was using my MAF setup and no air diverter valve either, and that was before I tuned PROMs.

I am currently looking into available space for everyone to put their Diacom/Freescan/AutoXray data so people can see why others make changes and how they affect them. -Matt-
