another 1985 horn issue
Just read thru lots of horn issues.
Does anyone have a clue on this one.
I turn the key on not starting the engine the horn works fine.
I start the car the horn don't stop.
I read some issues that suggested by passing the vats I am not sure how or if it is the cause. Any suggestions would be a help as I am lost.
