HELP No temp temp gauge

I have a 93 coupe Digital Temp gauge works fine. The analog gauge is dead as a hammer, i have looked high and low and i cannot seem to locate the sender to see which is bad the gauge or sender any info would be great..

Not sure on a 93, but on my 92 it is located on the passenger side of the engine block. It's below the exhaust mainfold between the number 6and 8 spark plugs
