You can correct the wheel centering yourself with a simple toe adjustment with a 13mm wrench for the tie rod and a 7/8 wrench for the locknut.
If the wheel is self-centering counterclockwise, toe both wheels to the left by an equal amount. Try about 1/4 turn on the tie rod to start with.
Toe the left wheel out and toe the right wheel in, so that when you recenter the steering wheel they are pointing straight ahead. As it is now, with the wheel centered, they are pointing a little to the right.
Pop the hood, toe both wheels to the left, go for a test drive, repeat and adjust as required.
The pull is a different issue, likely unequal camber.
If you have checked the front end for loose parts and the tire pressure etc, I would spring for a professional alignment by someone that's familiar with vettes, that way they can set to specs, caster, camber and toe in front and rear. If you start turning tie rods and don't know what your doing you'll end up needing a set of front tires. JMHO
