Default What will this combo make?

I've been corresponding with Jon (FICINJECTORS) about an injector recommendation for my current engine build. He asked what HP I thought my combo would make and actually I wasn't sure. Based on the details below what do you all think?

396 Stroker
LT1 F-Body block modified for splayed caps
SRP 4.030" (-14cc)forged pistons
Eagle H-Beam 5.850" stroker rods
Callies 3.875" Forged crank
Reworked TPIS/AFR heads; 2.05/1.60 Valves Intake port opened to at least 200cc's approximately 58cc chambers looking at about 11:1 comp ratio depending head-gasket used and chamber size after all port work done
Custom Ground Cam from E-Port Works:
Duration @ .050 224 intake and exhaust
Lift with 1.6 rockers - intake .5744 exhaust .5664
Cloyes dual roller chain (electric W/P)
Adjustable FPR
MSD Opti-spark
ported LPE LT1 intake
58mm AZS&M Throttle Body
Vette Tech Tri-Y headers, dual random cats coupled to Corsa exhaust
Car is a 92 6-speed coupe, Dana 44 w/3.45 gears, modified F-body single mass flywheel
PCM for less intial tune

somewhere near 500 crank or 400 whp. cam seems a bit smaller but will work great with ported heads. should be a stout combo

I would say 525-550 CHP with that set up. JMHO but that cam seems a bit mild for the rest of your set up.

I built a 383 with a 228/510 cam and it made 500 on the engine dyno. You definately have more.

Your right it is on the mild side for this set-up. I traded many an e-mail with Lloyd from Elliot Port works. We finally decided on this cam; 1) I have to be able to pass emissions, and 2) I'm willing to sacrifice some top end HP for good street manners. I'm a torque guy, I want something I can live with on the street. Jon suggested 36lb injectors guessing at about a 450-460HP motor. I was thinking 30lb would've been over-kill. Thanks for your inputs though, given me some things to chew on.

here's my calculation.
450hp x.50 (bsfc) =225 / 8x.80 (DS) =6.4

225/6.4 =35.16 lb/hr I guessed on your HP by your set up. if you find the injectors are a little short jump the pressure to 50 and they will flow 37.98/ alowing you to have more HP. a 30lb injector would work but it would have to run at 95%DS.

I think you will find you are going to be over 420RWHP/420RWTQ. Take a look at my set up for a reference. I think 36's will be perfect for you. I have them and max out at 78% DC so even if you make a few more HP you will probably end up between 80-85% DC, just about perfect.

Here is my dyno sheet from my first tune. I think I still have 5-10RWHP left but like the way the car runs the way it is tuned now

I am guessing 450-475 due to the small cam, which will be 400-425RWHP.
I would use at least 36's, I am running 42's on my 350 and they are fine.
