Default Nitrous Question

I have a 50-75-100 shot for my my weekend racer ford focus its tuned to run the 100 but my focus is being rebuild by focussport and my DD is my vette is now becoming a car i want to make a little faster. I have Magnaflow exhaust, intake mod, larger MAF Housing and MSD Ignition and Bosch Fusion Spark plugs thats about it I was wondering if i could take the jets from my focus kit and use it on the extra kit i have for my vette. I only want to run a 50 shot from time to time. not every second. I have 86,000 miles on my lt1 will i need to tune it or will the car even be able to take it? Please let me know. does the 50 shot jet for my focus= only 25 for my vette or is it still 50?
