Naaa, I always jump that high when I walk behind a car...
BTW, I noticed that there were no O2 cross counts during the WOT monitor but, when I did the scan about 10min later there were registered 10 more cross counts which tells me that the sensor operation is intermittent.
By comparison, my O2 sensor produces 2-4 cross counts per second.
So you may have a bad connection or a bad sensor, IMO.
