egr pipe removal

egr pipe removal
is their a easy way to remove the egr pipe on a 86, the top looks like normal torx bits but in having a issue with removing the bottom where the flange is, do i need a special tool to remove that ring and can i reuse the ring

I cut throught the ring with a dremel tool.
I do not believe you can reuse the ring.
A new ring is $5-6 from one of the Corvette suppliers (I know Corvette Central has it, I believe all the others do as well).
They make a tool (I believe it is called "Side jaw pliers") to crimp the ring.
I included the tool I used and how I used it at the bottom of my intake manifold install photo doc, here:
