I will be in Houston, Texas Memorial weekend and I was hoping there might be some car functions going on that I could attend and also take the opportunity to hook up with some CF members. Unfortunately, I won't be driving my vette but will be driving my wife's '03 Cobra w/mods. I look forward to meeting up with some of you guys!
Thx
Chris

I am right off of I45 in the Woodlands as you come to Houston. Birthday weekend, but may be easily peruaded. Brian Miller (BAM92) may be interested in coming to the N side, as he has mentioned in the past. Maybe some others might be interested????

Only if you spell my name right, Bryan Millsap. LOL. My vette is still down but I can bring the Trans Am. I will be around that weekend.

How does Saturday the 24th around 8 or 9 pm sound? Is there a Hooters near by where we can meet and grab something to eat?

Hey Bryan, sorry about the butchering on the name. I have it right in my email, was just going from memory (which fails us all at times).

Not sure on the Sat PM, will check with the family. Noinetheless, there is a Hooters at 1960 and I45 (~10 mile N of Beltway 8).

No kidding? I went to Lamar Elementary in the 4th grade. That place has changed since I lived there (left for Florida in '85).

Just giving you a hard time. Let me know Aaron when you can make it. Sorry haven't made it up there to try a set of 18's on your car yet. About to put a set of C6Z brakes on the front and maybe the rear of the car. Man these calipers are huge!

The 2920 Hot Rod group will be meeting at Conn's parking lot (on the E side of I45 at at Kuykendahl exit, S of the Sonic, and E of the Taco Bell on the frontage road, large parking lot) Friday, May 23rd starting at ~9PM (typically goes to ~11:30 PM).

I am working desperatly to get Hardi-Plank removed from behind The C4 and shingles removed from behind the bay with both vettes. If I don't make it very far, I will have to resort to the C6, otherwise I hope to bring out Miss Nasty. If anyone would like to see the Garage Mahal, I would be glad to show off my project of the last six months.

I hope some of you might be able to make it, as there are typically a half dozen or more modded vettes on hand and LOTS of heavily modded Mustangs & Camaros.

Okay, Aaron, gonna let you slide for giving wrong directions(wrong exit) and not showing up since it is your birthday. LOL. A couple of c6z's and a mean sounding C5z was there. Bunch of Mustangs and F bodies. Next time I go up there I will get your number and meet you there.

My son and I were there from 9:30 to ~10:30 in the C6. There was a pewter C6Z and a red C6Z. My buddy Garrett had his Mustang coupe there with a nice 347.

The biker guys were acting the fool, so we thought the cops would show up next. I never saw a black F-body, so I guess you must have shown up later.

I thought the instructions were correct. Where did I go wrong?

I at least hope you had a bit of fun. B-day today, so been doing the family thing other than a nice long ride with my son on the bikes.

I was actually in my black Durango. Showed up with my wife. Parked just accross from the pewter C6z and those guys. A built C5z rolled up while I was there. Never saw a yellow C6. Was there from 10 to 1030. We will just catch another time. Hope you had a fun birthday. Brand x sorry I didn't get a chance to meet up with you either.
