95 hard start
When my car runs it runs good. Its getting harder to start. I hooked up a fuel pressure gauge and when I turn the key to the on position the pressure goes to 40 psi then down to 0 psi then when I turn the key to start it the engine will just crank and the pressure slowly builds until it starts then the pressure at idle is between 35 - 40 psi. Like I said when its running it runs great. Any help/ideas would be great Thanks, Ed

Could the fuel leak back into the fuel pump? I replaced the regulator and its still the same. I did notice that when I first turn the key on after leaving the car sit the fuel pressure climbs very slowly to about 10 psi then down to 0. After I start it and it runs for awhile I can shut it off and turn the key back on the pressure jumps to about 40 psi then down to 0.
