Default 1994 LT1 Heater Core + Windscreen Wiper HELP

Can anyone please share their experiences & knowledge with two problems that the Corvette developed today whilst out for a drive.

Heater Matrix/Core
The heater is blowing cold and under acceleration the windscreen steams up, I looked underneath and there's a tiny pool of water under the car (passenger side level with the dash), also the passenger footwell is wet, so I'm assuming my heater matrix is leaking? How do I get to the matrix? All tips welcome

Windscreen Wipers:
The winscreen wipers will only occassionally work, and then only for 2 sweeps. If you switch them on the passemger wiper moves from rest about 1" to 2" then back to rest again!

What could be the cause of this??

Any and all help welcome

Thanks
Mark

Regarding your heater core, there are thousands of threads on this forum. Use the "search this forum" tab and type in heater core removal. You will find all the information you would ever need.

For example:

As far as your windshield wiper, have you checked the electrical connection ? At worst, you may need to replace the motor.
