Acts like a vapor lock
I have a 1993 coupe. As it's getting warmer out we'll drive the car maybe 20 minutes, stop for 20 minutes, then the car will start but won't idle. I push it up to about 1500 RPM and it runs normal. We get going and after 2 or 3 minutes of driving the car idles normally again. If you let it sit for about an hour between starts it doesn't do this, and if it's less than about 10 minutes it also doesn't. Like I said it also runs normally with the RPMS at about 1500 and above. Any ideas?
