Default Ecm ???

I have a 95 W/383 LT4 setup 42 lb injectors , aeromotive fuel pump and regulator [ 48 lbs ] a big comp cam, Fastchip ECM , Accel Gen 7 computer and MSD 6 A Spark Module and MSD blaster coil , new installed Accel Opti Spark.

Question: ECM got grounded and blowed both 5 amp fuses.
After replacing both fuses the car started several times and I hooked up the MAF and Vacuum line to the breather and it started and ran about thirty seconds , Idle was normal then it shut off with ECM 1 fuse blown again. Replaced it and no spark and fuel only runs a second not enough to pump up to pressure.
I have another stock 95 vette with stock computer and before I buy or get the ECM repaired would like to swap them and fire the hot rod.
I know it won't run for $=+t but it's just a test.
Any forewarnings would be great cause I like both cars and wouldn't like to harm either.
Well I ain't married and both of these wives don't complain about the other love in my life. LOL
Security seems to be working just fine and I am going to verify no fuel as well as the no spark [ already verified ] . All coil and Inj. fuses are good.
Put pressure gauge on the rails and pressure is good , dang Aeromotive pump is too quiet so that makes things more complicated.
If it was fuel and spark it would eliminate the MSD , COIL and the OPTI.
Still would like to check the ECM by putting the stock one on being careful about grounding of course.
