Bushing grease

I did a quick search to no avail. I am installing poly bushings in my rearend while I have it out. Exactly how much grease, and what surfaces should get it. I assume the surface that touches the aluminum pieces, and the hole through the centers. Just want to make sure before I start.

Lithium grease?

Thin film usually is good enough...........

I've heard silicone oil too, but more often for rubber bushing that poly bushings.

I'm going to use the grease/lube they sent with the bushing kit, just wanted to know exactly where to lube.

I always thought the grease supplied is used for instalation (outer area and metal bushing) purposes. This would allow it to be pressed in easier. From there I took a little m1 syn grease and appiled it to the wear surfaces.
